How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
Within two business days. A principal will respond personally — never an automated reply.
Is there a minimum project size?
For new construction, we typically engage at $4M and above. For renovations, restorations, and commercial work, we evaluate every inquiry on its merits — site, brief, and fit matter more than the contract value.
Do I need an architect before I contact you?
Not necessarily. Some clients arrive with an architect and a fully developed design. Others arrive with a vision and a site, and ask us to introduce a curated team. Both paths work — we will help you find the one that fits.
Will my inquiry be kept confidential?
Always. Discretion is foundational to our practice — many of our clients are public figures, and most of our most beautiful projects never appear on this website.
Do you offer site visits or feasibility consultations?
Yes. After an initial call, if there is mutual fit, we offer a complimentary first site visit and feasibility memo for serious inquiries.
